Fresh fruits: Grapes, strawberries, blueberries, sliced apples, sliced bananas
Vegetables: Carrot chips/ sticks, celery, broccoli, cauliflower,
Hummus, guacomole
Cheeses, cut into blocks or slices
Crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, plantain crisps
Dried fruits: raisins, cranberries, dried cherries, dates, figs
Nuts (if allowed at school, etc.): peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts etc.
Meats: GF rolled turkey slices, prosciutto, ham
Other: olives, pickles
A little sweet: chocolate chips, a cookie, GF gummy bears, GF jelly beans etc.
