INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh fruits: Grapes, strawberries, blueberries, sliced apples, sliced bananas

  • Vegetables: Carrot chips/ sticks, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, 

  • Hummus, guacomole

  • Cheeses, cut into blocks or slices

  • Crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, plantain crisps

  • Dried fruits: raisins, cranberries, dried cherries, dates, figs

  • Nuts (if allowed at school, etc.): peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts etc.

  • Meats: GF rolled turkey slices, prosciutto, ham

  • Other: olives, pickles

  • A little sweet: chocolate chips, a cookie, GF gummy bears, GF jelly beans etc.
